Swedish Massage

As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long, gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation and is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility, while easing tension.

Shiatsu Massage

An alternative massage technique involving manual pressure applied to specific points on the body in an attempt to relieve tension and pain. Shiatsu (meaning “finger pressure” in Japanese) uses thumbs, fingers, elbows, and knees to concentrate pressure at certain energy pathways in the body, called meridians. Also known as acupressure, Shiatsu works to reduce muscle tension and fatigue, improve blood circulation and function of the lymphatic system.

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage therapy is a deeper form of Swedish massage, that is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. During this treatment session, the therapist focuses is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia.

Sports Massage

This form of bodywork is ideal for elite athletes or those who work in very physically demanding fields. While this technique does help muscles recover from workouts or injuries, it is primarily used to help prevent injuries, prepare the body for athletic activity, and maintain optimal musculoskeletal conditioning.

30-Minute Foot Massage: $49

Swedish technique utilized with a focus on the feet, ankles and lower legs, this service is ideal for a lunch-time R&R session before getting back to the grind.

Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage: $69

While varying techniques may be utilized during this service session, the focus is on relieving the head, neck and shoulder region of undue tension. Ideal for our busy guests who still deserve a little something for themselves, this 45 minute service will leave you feeling revitalized.



Aromatherapy: $10

Add your choice of any of our doTERRA single essential oils or blends to your massage lotion to address any number of wellness issues you seek to address.

Hot Stones: $30

Warmed stones are used to help relax and open up the muscles, allowing for a deeper, more beneficial experience that increases circulation and allows the muscles to more readily absorb massage mediums (lotions, oils, BioFREEZE®) while also allowing more complete recovery.

Reflexology: $20

An anti-climactic technique that doubles in effectiveness, reflexology is a technique that utilizes various reflex points on the head, neck, hands, and feet to relieve areas of tension throughout the entire body, reflexology is ideal for those who suffer from headaches or other chronic neuromuscular ailments.
